Publications which are issued at least twice a year, including journals, magazines, and newspapers are called periodicals. "Current periodicals" are those which have recently arrived. In the Sister Mary Joseph Cunningham Library, the most recent issues are found on open shelves on the main floor of the building. Anything over five years old can be found on the lower level in compact shelving.
